The European University of Flavors is located in the Convent of Cordeliers, a magnificent building dating from the Middle Ages to Forcalquier. With its "Artemisia Museum", it is dedicated to perfume, aromatic and medicinal plants, but also to essential oils, cosmetics, agri-food products and agro-aromatics. Provence offers a multitude of local delicacies and lavender essential oil of unmatched quality.
